Marketing Administrator

We're looking for a
Marketing Administrator
to join our team at
Automait
.

If you're
young, energetic, and ambitious
— with a passion for learning, adapting, and thinking on your feet — this might be the perfect fit.

You'll work closely with our
creative and sales teams
to support both
online and offline marketing administration
. The role requires someone who's organised, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly — both verbally and in writing.

What you'll need:

  • Experience with
    content scheduling software
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    (or the ability to learn quickly)
  • A
    qualification
    (formal or informal) relevant to marketing or administration
  • Knowledge of
    social media and digital marketing

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience with
    Canva
    ,
    Google Workspace
    , or
    CapCut

Position:
In-office, Monday to Friday
