About the Role
As Executive for SSA, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth across Southern Sub-Saharan Africa, delivering superior service to clients and leading multi-country operational strategies. This role combines leadership, commercial development, risk governance, and people management into one high-impact mandate.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute the SSA regional strategy in line with global objectives
- Lead and grow client relationships across multiple countries and sectors
- Manage the regional P&L, drive profitability, and ensure compliance across operations
- Lead cross-border operational performance, delivery, and transformation
- Ensure service excellence and client retention through commercial agility and governance
- Collaborate with global and regional leadership on strategic priorities
- Develop local talent and ensure effective succession planning
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management in all SSA operations
What You Bring
- Minimum 10 years' experience in strategic and operational leadership, with regional accountability
- Proven track record in business development, client retention, and P&L management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience working in complex, multicultural environments across Sub-Saharan Africa
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence across levels, both internally and externally
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, operations, or strategy; MBA preferred
