A leading Healthcare Agency in Bellville needs a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking nursing staff to the Western Cape government facilities using NIMS and other methods. The role involves client and candidate interaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a passion for people
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in a similar environment
  • Grade 12 qualification (any relevant additional qualifications will be advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Experience with CRM databases (Placement Partner experience is advantageous)
