Vacancy: Service Engineer Supervisor (Earthmoving Machines)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to find out, adjust, repair or overhaul the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;
  • Carry out periodic maintenance of the heavy equipment machinery;
  • Test machinery after repair or assembly to ensure proper functioning and compliance;
  • Provide technical support to customers and maintain amicable client relations;
  • Ensure that work is undertaken in a safe manner and that practices conform to safety regulations and procedures;
  • Stock machine management and periodic maintenance;
  • RI, PDI, DI, regular service and customer training etc. standard service action implementation;
  • Technical support to sales team; and
  • Complete other task given by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Matric; Trade or University qualification preferred;
  • More than 5 years' experience in Service of Mining and Construction Equipment and Heavy Machinery preferably with GCC/International driving license;
  • More than 3 years managerial experience; and
  • Candidates from OEM or Dealership are preferred.
