We specialise in rugged products for Mining, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Agriculture, including the Telecoms industries. We supply rugged mobile devices to the consumer market through online and walk-in clients.

Note that Rugged SA will be moving to Irene, Pretoria in June 2026. The candidate who is successful will be required to work in Irene from our current offices, and be able to work at our new premises from June 2026

About the Role

We are looking for a
dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys being part of a fast-paced operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing, loading, and recording product weights and dimensions.
• Coordinating dispatch processes and ensuring timely completion.
• Receiving all inbound stock and ensuring correct documentation is completed.
• Obtaining and managing PODs (Proof of Delivery).
• Assisting with courier arrangements and distribution needs.
• Supporting general warehousing activities as required.

Requirements

• Computer literate
• Math literacy
• Familiar with warehousing
• Able to communicate in English, however, any additional languages will be beneficial
• Physically fit
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Diligence and accuracy in work
• Attention to details
• Problem solver
