We are looking to recruit x2 (two) permanent Induction Clerks to work for United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD). The role will be based in our Roodepoort branch, and will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

**Job description**:
**Job Purpose**:

- To induct and release stock.

**Job Objectives**:

- Sorting totes according to packing slip.
- Decant stock out of boxes to the totes according to right quantities.
- Use of proper and clean totes when decanting stock to totes.
- Always check for the correctness of the batch.
- Inducting totes to the Belt
- Ensure that all totes are inducted according to the scanning list.
- Ensure that totes that does not go through must be checked and fixed immediately.
- Totes on the loop must be fixed on a daily basis.
- All urgent packing slips must be scanned and released on a daily basis.
- Inducting correct batch numbers
- Prioritizing the urgent packing slips releasing packing slips within 24 hours.
- Inducting correct batch number and expired date per packing slip.

**Minimum requirements**:
**Experience and Education**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferable.

- Good Warehouse Procedures
- Scheduled medicines knowledge
- FMCG/Ethical product knowledge
