Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions into NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly
  • Generate and analyze financial reports using NetSuite/QuickBooks Online
  • Provide regular financial reports to management
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and relevant
  • Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of Bookkeeper or Accountant experience, preferably in an accounting or financial advisory firm
  • Experience in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online is essential
  • Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations
