We are seeking an experienced and charismatic
Bartender
to join the launch team at Bare, our exciting new dual-concept restaurant and wine bar on
Shortmarket Street
. This role is central to defining our moody, magnetic evening service.

The Vibe & Role

You are responsible for creating an intimate, high-energy bar experience, mastering both classic drinks and our innovative signature cocktail menu. We need a team member who is not just technically skilled, but who brings genuine warmth and rhythm to the room.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years
    of progressive Front-of-House (FOH) experience in high-volume, quality establishments.
  • 2–3 years
    of specific specialty bar experience, demonstrating mastery of mixology.
  • Expert understanding
    of signature and cocktail design, recipe implementation, and efficient preparation.
  • Vibey & Charismatic:
    Must possess a naturally warm, engaging, and professional demeanor, able to transition seamlessly from friendly daytime service to moody, atmospheric night service.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and modern bar techniques is essential.
