The Role: Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring prospective clients experience a smooth, professional journey. You'll work across teams to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and ensure clients understand and benefit from the company's unique legal finance solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within sales or client services in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or client service role
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from law firms, partners, and clients
  • Qualify leads and guide customers through application and onboarding
  • Keep the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) updated with accurate notes and statuses
  • Liaise with underwriting and internal teams to progress deals efficiently
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum and close opportunities
  • Communicate professionally with clients, including those who may be vulnerable
  • Share feedback to help improve marketing, processes, and customer experience

About You

  • 1-2+ years in customer success, sales support, or account management
  • Experience in lending or financial services is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English
  • Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and end clients
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads
  • Tech-savvy, with CRM experience (or a willingness to learn)
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a legal-fintech environment
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
