About the Role

As a
Senior Software Engineer
, you'll play a key role in re-architecting our platform and building the next generation of our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications. You'll help modernise legacy systems, solve complex engineering challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement across our stack and development practices.

This is a fullstack role with a strong focus on our core technologies:
.NET Core
on the backend and
React
on the frontend. We're also open to strong backend engineers who are eager and able to pick up React quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the re-architecture and modernisation of our platform.
  • Build and maintain high-performance applications using .NET Core and React.
  • Solve complex technical problems and enhance overall system performance.
  • Champion best practices across engineering and delivery.
  • Continuously improve our stack, tooling, and ways of working.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
    , with deep technical strength.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Expert-level proficiency in
    C# and .NET Core
    .
  • Strong experience in
    React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
    or the ability to get up to speed quickly.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and task management skills.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, clean architecture, and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with
    ASP.NET MVC
    .
