About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI professional to join our Business Intelligence Operations Team. This position, based in South Africa, supports Marketing analytics globally and requires both technical expertise and business understanding. You'll collaborate with teams across regions to deliver accurate, high-quality reporting that enables confident, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.

• Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

• Gather business requirements, define project scope, and prioritize development work in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Validate and optimize data models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards.

• Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to align source logic, semantic models, and reporting outputs.

• Continuously improve existing reports and processes by applying new techniques and Power BI capabilities.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in data visualization, with at least 2 years focused on Power BI.

• Strong DAX and Power Query (M) development skills.

• Experience maintaining and developing Power BI solutions, including dataflows and workspaces.

• Familiarity with sales and marketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pardot.

• Skilled in building and enhancing interactive reports using bookmarks, parameters, and cross-filtering.

• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
