We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and play a critical role in shaping our organization's culture, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Job Summary: As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure our HR practices align with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to attract top talent.
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and respectful work environment.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions when necessary.
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
- Identify training and development needs, and collaborate with training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Stay up-to-date with Labour Laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Manage employee documentation and record-keeping, including personnel files, benefits, and payroll.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
- Implement innovative HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Review and benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
