Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Guest Relations Manager based in Pretoria, South Africa. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing guest relations, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes training team members, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors and clients. This position plays a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience and upholding the organization's values.

Qualifications

  • Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, address concerns, and ensure clarity in interactions.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction management, including anticipating client needs and handling feedback positively.
  • Experience in Training team members to ensure consistency in service delivery and to foster a professional team culture.
  • Problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and organizational acumen to manage responsibilities seamlessly.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • A minimum of a diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
