Our dedicated team ensures every lesson's progress is tracked and monitored through digital homework sheets.

**Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Music Teacher will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons, both in-person and online. Daily tasks include teaching music theory, music performance, and music education, as well as giving piano lessons. This role involves creating lesson plans, tracking student progress, and ensuring a productive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Music Theory and Music Performance
  • Experience in Music Education and general Music pedagogy
  • Proficient in their respective instrument and teaching skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field
  • Experience with digital teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Skype, Zoom) is a plus
