We're seeking a Call Centre Manager to lead our dynamic team that assists clients in improving their credit profiles and removing debt review listings.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, credit education, and achieving measurable impact in people's financial lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the call centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high conversion rates.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of consultants focused on debt review removal and credit repair services.
  • Monitor performance, track leads, and implement strategies to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure quality communication and compliance with credit and consumer protection regulations.
  • Handle escalated client queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare performance reports, sales statistics, and client feedback insights for management.
  • Recruite, train, and develop new agents to maintain a high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a call centre management or team leader role (credit repair, debt review, or financial services industry preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales and support teams.
  • Strong understanding of credit bureau processes, debt review, and client rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and call tracking software.
