  • The candidate must demonstrate practical experience in implementing community development programmes, facilitating stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and managing social dynamics within infrastructure or community-based projects.
  • Experience in working with government departments, municipalities, NGOs, or donor-funded projects will be considered an advantage.
  • The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills, as well as the ability to mediate between project stakeholders to ensure social cohesion and sustainable project outcomes.
