We are seeking a talented Conversational Designer to craft intuitive and engaging conversational experiences for our customers. As a Conversational Designer, you will be responsible for designing the voice, tone and personality of our conversational interfaces, ensuring they are both functional and delightful. Experience working with large language models are a must. Key Responsibilities: o Design conversational flows and dialogue for various interfaces, including voice assistants, generative AI interfaces and messaging platforms o Develop conversational personas and tone guidelines to ensure consistency across different touchpoints o Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to identify opportunities and challenges in conversational design o Create prototypes and test conversational interfaces to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement o Develop and maintain design documentation, including conversation diagrams, wireframes, and design specifications o Stay up -to -date with industry trends and emerging technologies in conversational AI, and apply this knowledge to inform design decisions Requirements Requirements: o 8+ years of experience in designing conversational interfaces, or a related field such as UX design or linguistics o Experience in working with GenAi interfaces built on large language models o Experience in consumer retail, travel and e -commerce industries o Strong understanding of conversational design principles, including dialogue management, context handling, and error handling o Proficiency in designing for multiple platforms and modalities (e.g., voice, text, graphical interfaces) o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non -technical stakeholders o Portfolio that showcases your conversational design work, including examples of conversational flows, dialogue designs, and testing methodologies o Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, with the ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions Nice to Have: o Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD o Familiarity with human -centered design methodologies and user research practices What We Offer: o Opportunity to work on cutting -edge conversational AI projects and shape the future of human -computer interaction o Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced designers, researchers, and engineers Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.
