As an Online Conversion Specialist for the online casino, you will be responsible for maximizing player conversions and revenue generation through strategic optimization of our website, promotional campaigns, and user journeys. Working closely with the marketing, design, and product teams, you will utilize your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and data analysis to enhance user experience, boost player acquisition, and optimize revenue streams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably within the online casino or online gambling industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms
- In-depth knowledge of CRO principles, methodologies, and best practices specific to online casinos
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques, including UX/UI design, landing page optimization, and player journey mapping
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Familiarity with online casino games and the online gambling industry is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for Casino Games
- Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve the conversion rates of the following key customer acquisition journeys:

- Website visit to successful player Registration
- Registered player to FTD (First Time Depositor)
- FTD to Multi-Active player (ie driving the player to make multiple deposits)
- Further test and refine the above player journeys to improve the conversion rates
- Analyze player behaviour and website performance to identify areas for improvement and prioritize optimization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of game elements and user flows
- Landing Page and Website Optimization:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of our website, landing pages, and registration processes to identify and resolve any issues that may hinder conversion rates
- Through collaboration with key stakeholders (including designers and campaign managers), optimise the website layouts, navigation, content, and calls-to-action to improve player engagement, drive conversions and enhance the overall player experience.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the online casino industry, such as player acquisition, player retention, lifetime value, conversion rates, and average revenue per user.
- Utilize web analytics tools and other relevant software to measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conversion optimization efforts
- Promotional Campaign Optimization:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns, including welcome bonuses, free spins, loyalty programs, and other player acquisition and retention initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
- Industry Research and Best Practices:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online casino conversion optimization
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement to maintain a competitive edge in the online gambling market
