Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer/Technologist to join our Clients team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of solid design experience in the structural engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and analysis of structural components and systems
- Preparation of construction drawings and specifications
- Coordination with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
- Site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Project management and coordination of engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional registration as a Structural Engineer or Technologist (advantage)
- 5-10 years of experience in structural design and analysis
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
