This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands -on environment, understands the nuances of visual storytelling, and can drive engagement through strategic content, campaigns, and customer connections. Key Responsibilities: Supports overall marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channelsPerforms administrative duties and compiles regular reports to support team operationsCreates content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and InstagramApplies graphic design skills to develop visually engaging marketing materialsCommunicates effectively with team members to ensure alignment and collaborationDevelops content that reflects the brand's tone of voice—simple, clean, and friendlyDesigns promotional and marketing content for the online storeWrites compelling marketing copy to support product launches and promotional campaigns, aimed at boosting engagement and driving trafficVisits installation sites to capture live video footage and on -site contentUploads and organises photos received from installersProvides weekly reports on website and social media issues, along with proposed solutionsAssists in the marketing and promotion of fabric collectionsConducts cold calling when required to support sales outreachIdentifies new opportunities for product sales and business growthConducts market research to inform strategy and positioning Requirements Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or a related fieldStrong administrative and organisational skillsProficiency in social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, InstagramBasic graphic design capabilities: Canva, Adobe toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create engaging content aligned with brand tone Familiarity with online store platforms and e -commerce marketingUnderstanding of promotional strategies to boost engagement and trafficComfortable with on -site visits for content captureAbility to manage and report on website and social media performanceInterest in fabric marketing and product promotionWillingness to conduct cold calls when neededProactive in identifying sales opportunities and conducting market researchValid driver's license  Benefits Working Hours:  Monday - Friday: 08: :00
