South African Account Manager – FSI
to join our
Finance Account Department
in
Johannesburg.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a global technology leader and shape the future of ICT solutions in South Africa's
Banking and Insurance sector.

As an
FSI Account Manager,
you will take
ownership of key accounts, driving revenue
and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will
develop focused territory plans
,
manage sales proposals, build strong relationships
with decision-makers, and work closely with internal teams to
ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to grow revenue in the
    Banking and Insurance sectors.
  • Own the preparation and delivery of
    high-quality sales proposals and presentations.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and
    propose tailored ICT solutions.
  • Build and maintain a profitable pipeline of accounts and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (
    Channel, Delivery, Sales Specialists, Marketing)
    to maximize client success.
  • Actively grow a network of contacts within partner companies and clients.

Skills & Competencies:

  • +
    7 years' experience
    in
    Solution Sales
    or
    Account Management
    , preferably in complex
    Banking/Finance projects.
  • Strong
    consulting, negotiation,
    and
    stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Proven track record in
    sales success, client management,
    and
    service delivery.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of
    ICT products and services.
  • Fluency in
    Afrikaans
    and
    English is critical

Education & Experience:

  • Grade 12 is a must-have
  • Degree/Diploma would be advantageous
