What You'll Do

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in and around Stellenbosch
• Conduct property showings and provide expert advice on market trends and values
• Build strong client relationships and negotiate successful deals
• Work independently while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow in the real estate industry
• A good understanding of the Cape Winelands property market
• Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential
• Valid driver's license and reliable own transport
• Laptop and cellphone
• Preferably a 
  Full Status Agent
   qualification
• Fluent in 
  Afrikaans and English
