Contract opportunity for a Business & Quality Analyst who's looking to combine existing expertise in both Software Testing and Business Analysis, and ready to make a meaningful contribution with a leading NPO & NGO.

Based in Cape Town, this 6-month contact is paying R410 PH.

The Client:

Non-profit and independent organization (NGO), based in Cape Town, serving all communities in the greater Western Cape region.

The Role:

Are you ready to take on a hybrid role that combines the key functions of a Software Test Analyst and a Business Analyst? Do you want to be part of an innovative and purpose-driven team? In this exciting combined role, you'll be developing and executing test plans to ensure high-quality software while analyzing business requirements and processes. You'll work closely with both the IT team and business units to ensure seamless alignment and optimal IT solutions that drive business success.

Your Responsibilities:

Software Testing (Lead testing efforts across various phases: Unit, Integration, Regression, Negative, Functional, and Load/Performance testing); Business Analysis; Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement, working in an Agile environment; Support the Change Management process to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems and updates; Provide in-depth analysis, documentation, and communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

National Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or related field

ITIL Certification

Agile development methodology experience

Software Testing Analysis:

*ISTQB Certification

*Proven software testing experience

*Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Business Analysis:

*Business Analysis Diploma

*Proven business analysis experience

*Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Systems Development Life Cycle
