Implementation of Marketing Approach
The Marketing Specialist ensures technical quality and provide support to the teams in Marketing. They provide ongoing, responsive technical support and guidance to projects to enhance quality application of the organisation's marketing approach in line with the brand.

New Business support
The Marketing Specialist provides technical guidance and leadership to new business team and develops proposal content. They serve as the technical writer and subject matter expert. This role conducts desk and field market systems research and competitor analysis. They support proposal management activities such as identifying key personnel, collaborating with partner organizations and contributing to management plans where applicable.

Internal Collaboration and Resource Development
The Marketing Specialist promotes and cultivate opportunities for learning and collaboration within Marketing. They organize and facilitate Communities of Practice around relevant technical topics. They also develop tools, training curricula and job aids.

Networking
The Marketing Specialist engages with stakeholders to document, share, promote, and exchange learning, best practice, and experience from the organisation's portfolio. They participate in networking events, conferences and outreach events. They engage in external technically relevant communities of practice and working groups .
