Role Description

We are looking for
Independent Contractors (ICs)
to join our growing team at Old Mutual South Africa in Cape Town.

This is a
commission-only
opportunity, ideal for working professionals or individuals seeking
additional income
while building long-term career growth.

As an Independent Contractor, you will:

  • Introduce new clients and build your own network
  • Provide guidance on savings, investments, risk cover, and other financial solutions
    (full training provided)
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing service
  • Operate independently with full flexibility — you control your schedule
  • Uphold Old Mutual's compliance, ethics, and professional standards
  • Earn commission, including a
    commission split
    on clients you bring into the business
