Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Advisor with expertise in short-term insurance, sales, and marketing. This role is ideal for an independent contractor who possesses a strong client base and thrives in a target-driven environment. During the initial 6-month probation period, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial advice and consultation to clients regarding short-term insurance products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your existing client base and expanding through effective networking and referrals.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.
  • Drive sales activities to achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs.
  • Execute effective marketing strategies to promote company products and services, enhancing brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Utilize your own client database to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, preferably in short-term insurance.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, insurance, or a related field (e.g., RE5 certification).
  • Existing client base and network within the financial services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
