Requirements and skills

  • At least 10 years proven work experience as an Operations Manager in a transport logistics environment
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Preferred post matric qualification in Logistics, Business, Operations Management or related field
