About the Role

WCC Assessments is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineering Facilitator to join our dynamic training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, industry-relevant training in Electrical Engineering and related qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and assess learners in Electrical Engineering programs in line with QCTO and EWSETA standards.
  • Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and learning materials.
  • Conduct assessments, provide learner feedback, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with training quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Support learners throughout their training journey to ensure successful completion.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-Phase Wireman License or QCTO equivalent qualification.
  • Electrical Trade Test (recognized).
  • EWSETA Assessor/Facilitator registration.
  • Solar PV Greencard Certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the electrical trade (training experience an added advantage).
