  • Assisting human resource manager with all HR functions
  • Assisting with the recruitment process (posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Supporting onboarding and offboardingprocesses (preparing induction packs, assisting with orientation sessions and exit interviews)
  • Administration of employees clocking and compiling reports
  • Admistration and verification of SANC receipts and Psira registration
  • Leave administration,capturing and compiling reports
  • HR meeting arrangements and taking minutes
  • Assist with HR administration,Overtime verification, record-keeping, and payroll inputs
  • Arranging employee wellness and manage employee wellness calender
  • Supporting training and development activities (workshops, skills audits, arranging logistics)
  • Email attendance registers daily to management
  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Assist with Research and implementation of HR best practices
  • Assist with workplace skills plan and annual training report and submissions
  • Assist in gathering information for Employment Equity , BBBEE,COIDA and submissions
  • Coordinate delivery of HR services by ensuring that queries and requests are resolved Efficiently.
  • Assist with administration of labour relations matters,disciplinary hearings process,documentation,meeting arrangement and reporting.
  • Assist with Performance management and communication on projects being run in the HR space.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
