We are seeking a creative, reliable, and organised part-time Social Media & Content Manager to help us grow our online presence and manage our digital content across platforms.

About the Role

You'll work directly with the brand owner to manage and grow our social media accounts — including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X. This is a remote-friendly role with flexible working hours (approximately 10–15 hours per week). Occasional in-person meetings in Cape Town are welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

· Plan, upload, and schedule posts, Reels, and Shorts on all platforms

· Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and hashtags

· Monitor comments and messages, and engage with our online community

· Provide weekly performance updates (reach, engagement, growth)

· Brainstorm creative ideas for new product promotions and awareness campaigns

Requirements

· 1–2 years' experience in social media management or content creation

· Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook trends

· Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

· Excellent English writing and communication skills

· Knowledge of scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)

· Interest in health, skincare, or wellness industries is a plus

Compensation

R5 000 – R8 000 per month (part-time retainer)

Approximately 10–15 hours per week

Flexible schedule + opportunity to grow with the brand

(Remote / Hybrid – preference for candidates who can occasionally meet in person)
