What You'll Do

You'll help shape how The 5th Discipline shows up online - creating social media content that's fresh, thoughtful, and aligned with our vibe.

Expect:

  • Creating engaging social media posts, carousels, short-form videos and visuals
  • Repurposing content (because we are all about upcycling), workshop nuggets and brand insights into content
  • Leveraging marketing platforms to extend brand exposure (we like to think smart, not work hard)
  • Brainstorming ideas that help us show up consistently and creatively
  • Collaborating directly with the CEO & Founder - learning strategy, brand thinking and marketing shortcuts along the way
  • Flexing your creative muscles while building portfolio-worthy work

Time Commitment

  • Around +-
    12 hours per month
    , for max of
    2-3 months (starting ASAP)
  • Flexible schedule - work from wherever you feel most creative and deliverables are flexible based on your availability

What You'll Need

  • Your own computer or laptop
  • A passion for social media, design or content creation
  • Curiosity, initiative, and the confidence to ask questions
    (the only stupid question is the one not asked… when you understand the WHY you gain 10X more experience)
  • Basic design/video editing know-how (Canva is perfect, but if you don't know that's ok too, you just have to have the willingness and curiosity to learn)
  • An eye for detail and a sense of style
  • Focused on creativity but also having a strong eye for detail, you're going to be working with an INTP
