Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various functions, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, design support, campaign reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

You will assist with email marketing, B2B & B2C lead generation, website updates, SEO/PPC research, campaign performance tracking, and branded marketing materials. Additionally, you'll help manage our internal platform, WorkVivo, and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design & Content Support

Assist with sourcing images and researching design trends.Help manage and organise content assets.Support social media and website design using Adobe Creative Suite, Pictory, and Canva.Schedule and post content across social media platforms.Conduct competitor research and track marketing trends.Gather content needs from internal teams and proofread marketing materials.Maintain the marketing calendar and update WorkVivo with company news.

Marketing Team Support

Segment and clean contact lists for targeted email campaigns.Assist with email marketing and campaign performance tracking.Collect and manage Healthcare Hero content.Analyse marketing data and generate reports.Identify potential interviewees for HealthE Talks.Create branded presentations and marketing materials.Support B2B & B2C lead generation across various platforms.

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

Monitor and report on campaign performance.Assist with SEO and PPC keyword research.Collaborate on marketing briefs.Gain exposure to paid media strategies.

General & Ad Hoc Tasks

Provide administrative support across the marketing team.Assist with additional tasks to support team success.

Qualifications & Skills

Marketing background or experience from either school or work.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., social media scheduling, CRM, email marketing) is a plus.
