What You'll Do:
Paid & Performance Media
Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
LinkedIn Ads
Support programmatic buying and learn how to plan and optimise at scale
Monitor performance daily and optimise towards KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS)
Test audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging, and actually learn from the results
Traditional & Hybrid Media
Assist with traditional media buying (print, radio, OOH) where relevant
Help bridge the gap between ATL and digital, ensuring integrated thinking
Work with media schedules, insertion orders, and post-campaign reporting
Reporting & Analysis
Compile clear monthly and campaign reports with insights (not just numbers)
Help translate data into client-friendly stories and recommendations
Support attribution thinking and performance analysis across channels
Collaboration & Clients
Work closely with strategists, creatives, and account managers
Assist with client communications, updates, and performance reviews
Learn how media fits into the bigger marketing and business picture
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
1–3 years hands-on experience in paid media / media buying
Meta Certification
Practical experience with Meta Ads and at least one of:
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical mindset — you like numbers, patterns, and optimisation
Excellent attention to detail and solid time-management skills
Comfortable working with multiple clients and campaigns at once
Strong written and verbal English
Nice-to-Haves (Not Deal Breakers)
Exposure to programmatic platforms
Experience with traditional media buying
Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, platform dashboards, Data Studio, etc.)
Agency experience
Excel / Sheets confidence
