Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Technology to shape, drive, and execute the technology vision of their platform. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented engineering team and position technology as the core enabler of innovation, efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment
  • Drive best practices in architecture, DevOps, and agile delivery to ensure sustainable performance
  • Ensure infrastructure resilience, cybersecurity compliance, and technology governance across platforms
  • Champion emerging technologies and continuous improvement to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (Head of Tech, CTO, or VP Engineering).
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, system architecture, and software development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling engineering teams in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled in agile methodologies, CI/CD, and modern development frameworks (React, , Python, Java).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
