The company has multiple clinic sites in London and is rapidly expanding.

The Customer Service Role

We are looking for dynamic people with a strong focus on customer satisfaction to join our team. Your role will be to provide 5-star customer service.

The position will be based in our offices in Westville and will provide the right candidate with support and opportunity for growth.

The successful Customer Service candidate, will have:

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and Cancellations of Medical, Dental and Specialist appointments
  • Informing patients on products, services and procedures as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations.
  • Solving customer problems and answering customers' questions.
  • Assisting with the selling of our memberships and services to maximize sales and conversions.
  • Stay informed of New Products and Services
  • Work on new leads and customer enquiries
  • Updating of patient files

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 3 years Customer service experience
  • 3 years Sales experience with notable objection handling and sales conversions
  • Medical and Dental receptionist welcomed depending on experience and duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Priority to high customer satisfaction
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Salary: R10 000,00 per month

Bonus: Depending on performance

Job Type: Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months
