Your Role:

As a Sales Assistant at Incanda, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Assisting customers in-store and telephonically with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
  • Providing efficient and courteous service, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied.
  • Demonstrating advanced product and sales knowledge to meet customer needs.

Driving Sales:

  • Advising customers on products, upselling, and finalising purchases.
  • Following up on proforma invoices and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Supporting promotional activities and showcasing our brand with enthusiasm.

Operational Support:

  • Processing orders and receiving payments accurately.
  • Completing in-store and sales-related administrative tasks, including cash-ups, emails, and sales sheets.
  • Maintaining the showroom floor and ensuring product displays meet company standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Liaising with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth delivery and support.
  • Working as part of a team to meet sales objectives and maintain a positive store environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a sales consultant with a strong focus on customer service.
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
