Finance Specialist (ERP / Finance Systems Project Management)

The role

This is a
hands-on, project-oriented role
suited to a finance professional with strong ERP and project management experience. You will work closely with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure accurate scoping, delivery, and optimisation of finance systems and reporting. You will be responsible for
end-to-end finance-related ERP and systems projects
, with a strong focus on gaming and operational transactions, as well as technology and development cost reporting.

Key responsibilities

ERP & Finance Systems Project Management

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to define and document detailed ERP and systems requirements
  • Translate finance requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams
  • Manage end-to-end ERP and finance system projects from scoping through to delivery
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive finance automation initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality assurance, accurate reporting, and IFRS-aligned outputs
  • Provide regular project updates and insights to senior Finance stakeholders

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Business, Tech, and Finance to understand evolving needs
  • Take ownership of finance systems delivery and outcomes
  • Maintain clear documentation, project plans, and status reporting

What we're looking for - Essential requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    in an
    ERP Finance Project Management / Finance Systems
    environment
  • Strong knowledge of
    Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and IFRS
  • Proven experience managing
    multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of
    budget management and operational tax
  • Project Management certification
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced
    Microsoft Excel
    skills
