Finance Coordinator

Full-Time | Remote | R R 37 000

Join an international insurance brokerage team and bring your accounting expertise to a fast-paced, professional environment. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing supplier payment, and assisting with key month-end processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and growth - with hands-on training and long-term development in a supportive finance team.

What You'll Do

Accounts Payable

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure correct coding in Xero.
  • Prepare and execute fortnightly payment runs.
  • Ensure correct coding to general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice entry.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

Month-End Support

  • Assist with journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
  • Support broking commission and payroll accruals
  • Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations

What We're Looking For

You're detail-oriented, organised, and love working with numbers. You thrive in a structured environment but stay flexible when priorities shift.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Experience with month-end reconciliations and reporting
  • Familiarity with Xero or MYOB (advantageous)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in financial services or insurance (desirable, not essential)
