Construction Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Lead full project lifecycles across commercial, industrial, and residential developments
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and profitably
  • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across multiple sites
  • Build strong relationships with clients through open communication and trusted delivery
  • Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become roadblocks
  • Present progress reports and financial updates to senior leadership
  • Represent the companys professional reputation with integrity and reliability
Desired Experience & Qualification

What you bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional registration with PMI or SACPCMP (PrCPM preferred)
  • 5+ years experience leading construction or property development projects
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of JBCC contracts, scheduling, and construction methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Advantageous: experience in EDGE certification or dispute resolution processes
