Plumber

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
• Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, identifying leaks, blockages, and faulty equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine pipe layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with other construction or maintenance personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
• Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of plumbing systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plumbing tasks.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant plumbing certification or license (if required by local laws).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modern plumbing technologies, such as water-saving fixtures and smart systems.
• Ability to mentor junior plumbers or apprentices.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
• Exposure to various weather conditions, confined spaces, and physical labor.
