Minimum requirements:

  • Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
    Field of Study: Mathematical Science
  • Type of Qualification: Masters Degree

  • Other Preferred Qualifications, certifications or professional memberships: Natural Science, Computer Science, Engineering or Accounting
    5-7 years - Fluency in data analysis tools, techniques, and visualisations (for e.g. Advanced Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc).
  • Proven experience in combining complex data signals and campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations.
    Proficiency in performing statistical analysis in SAS/R/Python for purposes of guiding and overseeing Business Analytics work.
  • 5- 7 years -Proven track record for success in leading advanced analytics teams and building out best-in-class capabilities.
  • 8-10 years - Proven track record for success in leading advanced analytics teams and building out best-in-class capabilities. 
  • Experience creating business value from data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop Insurance Business Unit analytics strategies and framework(s) aligned to company data and business strategies.
  • To be responsible for the time, cost and quality of projects delivered by the team, according to the model risk policy and deployed into operational processes.
