We're hiring a Head of Engineering at Trade Shield

Trade Shield is a
fast-growing SaaS scale-up with ~50 people, ~150 customers,
and a platform that helps South Africa's leading enterprises proactively manage their Trade Credit across entire debtor books. Last year alone, our clients processed almost half a trillion rand in new trade credit through our system - giving us unique, proprietary financial insight you won't find in traditional bureau data.

As we scale, we're looking for an 
experienced engineering leader
 who can bridge strategy and execution across Software Development and Data Science. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering systems, delivery, and coaching, operating in a high complexity environment where our insights have a real financial impact.

You'll shape execution across multiple teams, elevate engineering quality, and help drive some of the most interesting technical and data challenges in the B2B fintech space.
