We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and customers receive an exceptional experience. This role requires a proactive, action-oriented individual who can motivate the team and maintain operational excellence.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an assisting management role, ideally with a strong sales background.
  • Completion of a short management training program (e.g., 2 weeks).
  • Energetic, responsible, and action-focused with excellent communication skills.
