We're hiring 22 Control Room Operators to manage real-time process control at a high-output diamond recovery plant in Angola. Youll oversee operations via SCADA and CCTV systems, ensuring optimal throughput and recovery on every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control DMS and recovery circuits via SCADA & CCTV
- Detect faults and respond to early warnings in real-time
- Maintain correct plant equipment levels and settings
- Ensure metallurgical quality standards and recovery efficiency
- Accurately complete production reports and shift handovers
- Support metallurgical test work and collaborate with plant teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in SCADA/process control in a diamond mining environment
- Proven knowledge of DMS and recovery circuits
- Basic computer and MS Office skills
- Experience operating in compliance-heavy, safety-critical environments
- (Bonus: CCTV monitoring experience)
