This is a
6 month contract
with our client in the banking sector

Budget: R42 500, per month

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

  • Team & Performance Management: Manage a team by setting operational plans, monitoring performance against targets, conducting workforce planning, and managing underperformance.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to, address all audit issues, ensure policies and processes are continually reviewed, and maintain compliance with the business continuity plan through regular testing.
  • Operational Excellence: Continually optimise efficiency through project management and innovation, manage staff utilisation and operational expenses, and drive a culture of solution-orientation within the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong internal and external relationships, manage service delivery in terms of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide insightful monthly reports and feedback.

Requirements Include

  • Advanced Diplomas/ Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of role-relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years experience managing others in a Procure-to-Pay process
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting Principles, Governance, Risk and Controls, Business Administration, and Change Management.
  • Proven ability in Aligning Performance for Success, Guiding Team Success, Decision Making, and Driving for Results
