Source and procure any equipment needed for all operations.
Buy necessary groceries
level 1 First aider for the branch
Basic fire fighter for the branch
Maintain customer/supplier and service provider relationships
Approve vehicle maintenance requests Approve employee leave
Sign any necessary documents
Month end stock take conversion (units to kg) and system upload Be on call for nightshift to assist with any queries
Go into the warehouse in the evening to address problems, issue warnings and have meetings with nightshift whenever necessary.
Teach Evolution or any system training. General training
Assist HR with double checking salaries or wages
Follow up on queries on supplier accounts brought directly to my attention.
Creating system codes
Correcting system errors
General system maintenance
Keep law and order within the branch and see that all employees are in a good space.
Maintain morale
Overseeing day-to-day operations Managing resources
Be part of team's meetings between branches.
Discuss availability, pricing, quality with procurement.
