We're looking for a dynamic
Social Media & Operations Assistant
to join our growing team on a part-time, remote basis.

Our client helps founder-led and culturally relevant brands grow through smart strategy, authentic storytelling, and UGC-driven content — and we're searching for someone who's as passionate about creativity as they are about organization.

This role is perfect for a multi-talented individual who loves balancing the creative side of social media with the operational structure that keeps projects running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Founder to manage content pipelines, coordinate with creators, track analytics, and keep the business operations on point.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Uploading and scheduling content using tools like Later or Planoly
  • Creating and finalizing visuals in
    Canva
    using brand templates (advanced skills required)
  • Managing
    Notion
    dashboards, tasks, and client timelines
  • Maintaining content and creator calendars
  • Tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports
  • Supporting influencer and UGC creator coordination
  • Sharing trend updates and contributing creative ideas to keep clients ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced Canva design experience (templates, resizing, brand kits)
  • Fluent in Notion, Slack, Google Drive, and content scheduling tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing or supporting influencer/UGC creators is a plus
