Duties & Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to warm leads, referrals and online enquiries.
  • Booking and confirming client appointments.
  • Updating CRM notes and maintaining follow-up lists.
  • Preparing and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creating simple designs in Canva (training provided if needed).
  • Monitoring social media engagement and maintaining a content calendar.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

  • Language: Exceptional English vocabulary and speaking skills — essential for client-facing communication. Afrikaans is a bonus but not required. Additional South African languages (e.g., Zulu or Xhosa) will be an advantage.
  • Professional: Strong time-management skills (critical for a half-day role). Excellent phone etiquette and confidence in speaking to professionals. Reliable, organised and able to work independently (especially when working from home).
  • Skills: Basic social media and Canva skills. Telesales or client service experience essential.
  • Must be able to attend compulsory office days when required.
