Company and Job Description:
As the Financial Manager, you will play a central role in guiding the organisation's financial health and strategic direction. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the finance team with strong managerial oversight
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Overseeing forex transactions and ensuring accurate reconciliations
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Job Experience and Skills Required:).
  • A BCom Finance degree (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Exposure to the manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Strong working knowledge of forex
  • Experience with the N4NL computer system
