Network Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturing / automotive organisation in Port Elizabeth to appoint an experienced Financial Manager. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and plays a key role in driving business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis (FP&A)
  • Manage budgeting, cash flow and variance analysis
  • Oversee financial reporting, compliance and controls
  • Provide financial insight to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Manage and develop the finance team
  • Exposure to Forex transactions and reporting
  • Work on and optimise ERP systems (N4NL – Barn advantageous) 
Job Experience and Skills Required
  • Proven experience within manufacturing or automotive environments
  • Strong financial management and leadership capability
  • Hands-on approach with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to work closely with operations and senior management
Education
BCom in Finance (essential)

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' financial experience
  • At least 3 years in a Financial Management / leadership role
Skills / Technical Competencies
  • Forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
  • Forex exposure (strong advantage)
  • Financial reporting and controls
  • ERP systems exposure – N4NL (Barn) advantageous
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Leadership and stakeholder management
